Job Description:

We work with an Architectural Services firm in Orange that needs to hire a Bookkeeper and the key to hire is strong Quickbooks experience.

It---s direct hire, paying up to $80k.

It---s 100% in office, hours 8-5pm, M-F.

Advanced knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting systems, excellent organizational skills, and an eye for detail. Able to efficiently and accurately handle the accounting needs of the company.

Responsibilities
All aspects of Accounts Payable
All Aspects of Accounts Receivable
Phone and email correspondence
Preparing financial statements for senior management
Organizing and archiving accounting related documents
Utilizing various accounting and organizational software
Reconciling bank accounts
Sales Tax Reporting

Requirements
BA Degree in accounting or related field
Bookkeeping Certification
Previous experience as a Senior Bookkeeper
Advanced level experience with Quickbooks Enterprise
Experience with preparing financial statements
Proficient in Excel and Word
Attention to detail
Great Communication Skills
Able to work confidently independently and as a team
