Staff Account position is responsible for general accounting,
account analysis, recording of payroll and benefits, maintaining
fixed asset records and bank reconciliations. This position is
responsible for the preparation of KPIs, financial analysis,
budgets and forecasts support. The Staff Accountant is responsible
for supporting external information requests from auditors and
other third parties in a timely and responsive manner. This
position will assist in developing proper internal controls,
processes and procedures needed to protect the Companys assets and
insure accurate and timely financial information.Essential Duties
and Responsibilities:To perform this job successfully, an

functions.Responsible for the day-to-day activities of general
accounting, cost/project accounting, and account
analysisResponsible for all corporate card programs and posting of
transactions. Issuance of cards to new hires and maintaining card
credit limits.Prepare weekly payroll entries and direct labor
utilization reportsProvides required financial analysis requested
by internal stakeholdersPrepare weekly cash and other KPI
reportsResponsible for month-end and year-end process and
procedures which includes accruals, journal entries, commission
calculations, revenue and expense review, and assigned balance
sheet reconciliationsHandle all information requests for all
outside audits and other third parties in a timely and responsive
mannerPerform all other duties as assigned.Required
Qualifications:Bachelors Degree in AccountingA minimum of 2 years
of progressive general ledger accounting experienceA minimum of 1
years of cost accounting experienceHigh proficiency in Microsoft
Excel and ERP systemsStrong knowledge of accounting principlesHigh
attention to details and accuracyStrong time management and
organizational skillsAbility to work independently and prioritize
tasksAbility to communicate effectivelyPreferred
Qualifications:Masters Degree in Accounting or related
fieldExperience with a major public accounting firmCPA
licenseConstruction accounting experience including percentage of
completionExperience with Q360, Sage 100 Contractor, ServiceTrade
and Procore preferredCompensation $60,000 - $80,000/yearPhysical
RequirementsWhile performing the duties of this job, the Team
member is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or
feel and talk or hear. The Team member is frequently required to
reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The
