A company is looking for a Billing & Posting Resolution Advocate
Medicare.
Key Responsibilities
Investigates, analyzes, and resolves consumer and commercial
billing issues and complaints
Identifies solutions to billing issues and presents resolution
options to customers
Negotiates and authorizes billing settlements and adjusts customer
accounts as needed
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Experience in billing and posting resolution
Knowledge of Medicare billing processes
Ability to analyze and negotiate billing settlements
Strong documentation skills for reporting issues
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
