Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Tax Accountant.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing appropriate tax forms and instruments for filing with
federal, state, and local jurisdictions
Assisting senior staff with compiling and analyzing tax data for
tax and financial reporting
Keeping senior staff informed about tax implications of various
transactions
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required
3 years of work experience in a tax role of a corporate tax
department or 2 years in a public accounting firm required
CPA certification is preferred
Experience with ASC 740 tax provisions and sales & use tax
compliance is preferred
Knowledge of federal and multi-state tax laws and regulations is
required
