Job Description:
A company is looking for a Corporate Controller to lead its
accounting function and drive innovation as the organization
scales.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead a team of 2 accounting staff while overseeing all
accounting matters including month-end close and financial
reporting
Ensure timely and accurate completion of financial audits and
compliance with regulatory requirements
Collaborate with various departments to analyze budget variances
and enhance internal controls and financial systems
Required Qualifications
CPA preferred
10+ years of accounting experience, particularly in B2B
environments
A bachelor's or master's degree in accounting preferred
Experience in Public Accounting Firms and managing revenues of $20M
or higher
Advanced working knowledge of GAAP reporting and strong operational
accounting experience
