Job Description:

Volt is immediately hiring for Accounts Payable Clerk for a company in Irvine, CA. As a Accounts Payable Clerk you will: Accurately transfer invoice details from DocLink into NetSuite ERP. Accurately transfer data from Great Plains ERP to NetSuite ERP if necessary. Review and confirm data for completeness and correctness. Collaborate with AP team members to resolve any entry issues. Maintain basic documentation of completed work. Support general administrative tasks as needed during the assignment. This is a contract position for 2-3 weeks. Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM The ideal candidate will have: 2-3 years with accounts payable background. Strong attention to detail and organization skills. Experience with data entry systems. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. Prior exposure to NetSuite or DocLink is helpful but not required. Great communication skills and attention to detail.
