Job Description Job Description We are looking for an Accounts
Receivable Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in San
Bernardino, California. This position offers an excellent

the ability to adapt to departmental needs. Responsibilities: •
Manage accounts receivable processes, including accurate posting of
invoices and maintaining records. • Handle cash applications and
ensure timely allocation of payments. • Perform soft collections
activities to follow up on outstanding balances. • Create and
process journal entries to support accounting operations. • Support
billing functions by verifying accuracy and resolving
discrepancies. • Collaborate with team members to provide general
accounting department support. • Assist with minor accounting tasks
as needed to ensure smooth workflow. • Maintain a high level of
accuracy and organization in all financial activities. • Adhere to
company policies and procedures while contributing to process
improvements.• Foundational knowledge of accounting principles
gained through a degree or relevant work experience. • Proficiency
in accounts receivable processes, including billing and cash
applications. • Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to
solve problems effectively. • Reliability and a commitment to
meeting deadlines and departmental goals. • Positive attitude and
willingness to learn new skills. • Flexible and adaptable to
changing priorities within the department. • Employment may be

procedures.
