to join The Management Trust team. EMPLOYEE OWNER POSITION PURPOSE:
Acting under the direction of the Director of Community Services,
the Community Services Coordinator is responsible for ensuring
smooth processing of all administrative data/tasks associated with
Community Service operations. This role conducts periodic
administrative audits to check for irregularities and
inefficiencies of standard operating procedures. The Community
Services Coordinator assists the Director of Community Services
administratively with committee meetings, board meetings, homeowner
communication and other various tasks as assigned. JOB DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide an atmosphere in which all client
employees and visitors know that the client responds to and cares
about their needs by ensuring courteous, respectful, and pleasant
interactions Ensure homeowners and guests are greeted warmly and
professionally Direct visitors and guests within the community and
surrounding grounds, including parking areas When appropriate,
calmly direct anyone causing a disturbance to leave the property
Prepare logs or reports as required for post, write or
electronically enter information, and inspect security control
logs/take action as required Prepare committee meeting packets,
agendas, process compliance letters, disseminate committee
decisions to homeowners, process and log citations and payments as
needed. Monitor/track community parking variances, regulated
vehicle requests, and various compliance infractions. Additionally,
processes applications for both parking variances and regulated
vehicles. Respond to all emails, phone calls, written
correspondence and verbal communication in a timely manner. Answer
homeowners’ questions regarding Rules and Regulations and any other
pertinent information. Processes complaints about barking dogs and
noise while keeping the supervisor informed. Monitor and track all
citations associated with parking, trash cans, recreational
vehicles, and basketball hoops. Attend applicable committee
meetings and prepare/draft associated minutes. Other duties and
special projects as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or
GED; related experience preferred Be at least (21) years of age
Ability to work independently and follow instructions with minimum
supervision Ability to provide high-level customer service Ability
to write routine correspondence, including logs and reports
Knowledge of or ability to learn administrative operations and
procedures Demonstrated ability to be a collaborative team member
Adaptable and dependable with a solid attendance record SPECIAL
POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Must have reliable transportation for travel
to and from offsite locations Must have and maintain a valid
driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and driving record in
compliance with Company policy ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Use standard
office equipment, including: computer, phone, copier/scanner, etc.
Use standard security equipment, including: radios and/or
walkie-talkies, etc. Be stationary or in motion for periods of time
Relocate up to (45) pounds May be exposed to inclement weather or
be required to work in environments or under conditions that
require the use of protective gear and devices and/or awareness of
personal safety and the safety of others SUPERVISES OTHERS: None
SCHEDULE & TRAVEL: shift hours 8:30am to 5:00pm May be required to
