Job Description:
We are empowering healthcare providers with new capabilities to
acquire and interpret ultrasound exams using A.I.We're working with
the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, to enable lung screening for
pneumonia among young children, as well as for patients with
COVID-19.About UsWe were founded in 2013 on a simple but powerful
concept: what if we could use technology to emulate the expertise
of highly trained medical experts and put that ability into the
hands of every care provider?Our vision is to move specialty
diagnostics and decision making to the point of care for every
patient exam. We are developing an AI software that empowers
healthcare providers with new capabilities to acquire and interpret
ultrasound exams. About this Role?We are looking for a strong
Product Marketing Director to help drive our go-to-market efforts
for our AI-guided ultrasound offering as we expand across multiple
in-patient and outpatient healthcare segments.--You will report
into the Head of Marketing (VP Level) and play a pivotal role in
understanding the needs of our customers to inform our strategies
and commercial narratives across market segments.--You will lead
go-to-market planning for new segment and product launches, develop
relevant product messaging, create sales materials and enablement
tools, and work closely with our customer-facing teams. Your
efforts will increase our market opportunity, accelerate our sales
cycles and ensure that the voice and needs of the customer are
brought back to the marketing and product teams to inform our
product and service development activities. We are a small team in
a quickly growing healthcare organization and you will have an
opportunity to create immediate and lasting impact. You will
partner closely with product, clinical and sales teams to refine
our narrative into compelling, insightful content that will be the
foundation for all our customer outreach activities.
Responsibilities* Lead go-to market planning for new market segment
and drive product launches* Develop relevant messaging, content and
materials/events to promote our products to key audiences (print,
digital, video)* Develop training materials and sales enablement
resources for field team* Cultivate a deep understanding of
customer needs, market environment and competitive dynamics to
inform marketing strategies, product / service development and
cross-functional activities.* Partner with sales and medical
colleagues to engage clinicians in speaking and educational
activities (e.g., symposia, congress activities)* Bring voice of
the customer into the organizationQualifications* 8+ years of
product marketing experience in the medical device/imaging space*
Experience developing Go-to-Market plans,launching multiple
products as well as managing products through scaling -- developing
diverse materials/tools to drive sales* Exceptional strategic
instincts and strong analytical abilities* Excellent oral, written
and visual communication skills* Sound business judgement and
problem framing* Enthusiastic collaborator who is able to
effectively work cross-functionally with many different
stakeholders including sales and clinical/medical* Demonstrated
self-starter with ability to balance and execute multiple projects
concurrently* Desire and ability to succeed in a fast-paced and
entrepreneurial environment* BA/BS required, MBA a plusShare our
