Job Description:

Overview:Our Orange, CA office is looking for an office-based Marketing Coordinator with 0-4 years of A/E/C experience to join our regional marketing team.Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, format, write, edit, proofread, and manage process for development of proposals, statements of qualifications, technical documents, and related marketing materials
• Manage multiple concurrent time sensitive deadlines
• Craft strong messaging and themes for marketing efforts
• Assist with creative conceptualization and design of proposal, which includes coordinating with and supporting graphic design partners
• Collaborate with engineers, marketing staff, and regional team leaders throughout the entire proposal development cycle and support with research, writing, editing, formatting and quality check of text and graphics
• Lead meetings with engineering/planning professionals and project teams.
• Facilitate presentation preparations
• Coordinate conferences, open houses, and client events
• Update and maintain marketing database Qualifications:
  • Bachelors in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, English, or a similar field
  • 0-4 years of related writing, proposal coordination, or marketing experience (A/E/C industry is preferred, but not required)
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational, writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Positive attitude/client-service focused
  • Flexibility to periodically work outside normal working hours
