Job Description Our client, a leading commercial general contractor, is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to oversee tenant improvement (TI) and renovation projects across Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Bernardino . The ideal candidate is a hands-on construction leader with proven experience managing complex commercial interiors and ensuring quality, schedule, and safety on every jobsite. Responsibilities: Oversee daily field operations for commercial TI and renovation projects. Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and inspections to ensure timely completion. Enforce safety, quality, and site cleanliness standards. Work closely with project managers, clients, and architects to resolve field issues. Review drawings, schedules, and specifications to manage project progress. Provide regular reporting on site activities and maintain accurate documentation. Qualifications: 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial tenant improvement or renovation projects. Strong understanding of scheduling, coordination, and site logistics. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Willingness to travel to and from projects throughout LA, Orange County, and San Bernardino .
