Compensation/Benefits: Total Comp Package: $190K-$200K that includes a base salary, 10% bonus paid semi-annually, profit sharing, and 4% 401k match Company vehicle and gas card Full health, dental, and vision insurance for employee Paid time off and holidays Job Details Responsible for all field operations, directing team of Superintendents/Foremen/laborers, maintaining schedules/safety, coordination, sub/vendor relationships, produce quality work that’s on schedule/profitable, resolve issues, prioritize/delegate tasks, and organize/track materials/resources Ensure project deadlines/efficiency, control job costs, project logs/docs, and budget Projects include large luxury/high-end custom homes Requirements: 3 years of experience as a Director of Field Operations, General Superintendent, or Sr. Superintendent at a general contractor on luxury/custom home projects Commercial project experience is a plus Strong drive, solid leadership/personal skills, and attention to detail Excellent communication and client relation skills Interested in hearing more?
