center, they will make calls on behalf of the field reps, they will
be trying to set up annual review appointments with their CURRENT
customers -Responsible for aspects of customer service including
answering inquiries via phone and e-mail, taking orders, and follow
up services. Also may require research to troubleshoot customer
problems. Customers may be internal or external with requests of
varying degrees of complexity. -The appointment they are setting up
is to set appointments to review current policies and/ renew. We
want to make sure they are staying up to date and meeting the
customer needs. Skills customer service, microsoft office, phone
support Additional Skills & Qualifications Soft Skills: -Time
management skills, able to efficiently handle daily workload in
order to hit monthly goals Job Type & Location This is a Contract
position based out of Bloomington, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay
range for this position is $16.00 - $16.50/hr. Eligibility
requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to
