Job Description We’re looking for an Architect with Project Management experience to join our team and lead single-family and low-density residential projects from concept through completion. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on both the creative and technical sides of architecture — bringing ideas to life in AutoCAD and Revit, managing client relationships, and ensuring every detail is executed with precision. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to business development and help shape the future direction of our growing firm. What You’ll Do: Lead design and project management for single-family and low-density residential work Oversee drawings, documentation, and coordination in AutoCAD and Revit Manage client communications, consultants, budgets, and schedules Collaborate on proposals, presentations, and client outreach initiatives Ensure projects meet code, zoning, and design standards What You’ll Bring: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture 5 years of experience in residential architecture Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools Strong communication and organizational skills A balance of design creativity, technical rigor, and client focus
