Job Description Job Description Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – School-Based | Up to $30/hr | Orange, CA Up to $30/hr | Monday–Friday | School-Day Schedule | No nights or weekends Join a school-based program as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supporting students in Orange, CA. This is a consistent weekday opportunity where you’ll provide hands-on behavioral support and help students stay engaged in learning. Why You Should Apply Up to $30/hr , paid weekly based on experience Monday–Friday schedule (no evenings or weekends) Long-term, school-based assignment Benefits start the first of the month after 30 days full-time (medical, dental, vision, 401k, and more) Steady work supporting K–12 students in a collaborative environment What You’ll Do Work 1:1 or in small groups with students who need behavioral support Follow individualized behavior plans and IEP/504 goals Apply ABA strategies to encourage positive progress Track student data and communicate with staff and supervisors Maintain a structured, supportive classroom environment What You’ll Bring Active RBT certification (required) High school diploma or equivalent ABA or special education experience preferred (school, home, or clinical setting) CPI certification is a plus, but not required Patience, teamwork, and consistency in supporting student growth Ready to Apply?
