Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal AV Safety Engineer
specializing in SOTIF and Human Factors.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and assess hazards related to human factors in automated
driving systems
Perform risk assessments and support safety analysis for human
interfaces
Develop safety requirements and assist in the execution of safety
audit programs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Human Factors
Engineering, Psychology, Safety, or System Engineering
10+ years of experience in human factors engineering or systems
engineering
Experience in developing and evaluating human interfaces
Familiarity with ISO/PAS 2144 and hazard analysis techniques like
STPA and FTA
Real-time operations experience in complex systems with high
consequences of failure
