Job Description:
A company is looking for an Endpoint Engineer to manage and
secure endpoint devices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain endpoint device management solutions for
Windows and macOS using Microsoft Intune and Kandji
Oversee the device inventory lifecycle and collaborate with the IT
Support team for device management
Monitor and troubleshoot endpoint device issues, providing remote
technical support to end-users
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in IT support and device management
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a
related field, or equivalent work experience
Strong understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune is required; experience
with Kandji is a plus
Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft EntraID
