Job Description Job Description We’re hiring a CNC Machinist who takes precision seriously and can keep production steady, accurate, and on schedule. If you know your way around CNC lathes and mills, can read complex prints without blinking, and don’t shy away from long shifts, you’ll fit in well here. What You’ll Do Set up CNC machines, tooling, workholding, and offsets Write and edit G-code independently Operate CNC lathes and mills (multi-machine operation at times) Perform first-article and in-process inspections Read and interpret blueprints with GD&T callouts Recommend process improvements to reduce cycle time and scrap Troubleshoot issues and perform basic machine maintenance Keep your work area clean, organized, and safety-focused Lift up to 50 lbs; work overtime and long shifts as needed What You Bring 2 years of CNC machining experience Solid understanding of metals, plastics, tooling, feeds, and speeds Proficient with micrometers, calipers, microscopes, and other precision tools Ability to run multiple machines and make minor G-code edits Swiss Screw Machine experience strongly preferred Familiarity with SolidWorks or Fusion 360 (preferred) Willingness to stand for extended periods and work occasional weekends Comfortable with up to 12-hour shifts If you want a place where your craftsmanship actually matters—and your work is backed by good equipment and a team that knows what they’re doing—this is it.
