Job Description Job Description Job Title: CMM Inspector Job Description As a CMM Inspector, you will utilize Calypso software to inspect complex metal 3D printed parts and geometries, ensuring high precision and quality. You will also engage in blue light scanning and use various metrology tools, such as gauges, micrometers, and calipers, to inspect and analyze part geometries. Your role will involve the maintenance of metrology equipment and the ability to read and interpret blueprints. Responsibilities Utilize Calypso for inspecting complex metal 3D printed parts and geometries. Conduct blue light scanning to analyze and inspect part geometries. Operate CMM equipment efficiently and maintain metrology tools. Interpret and understand blueprints for inspection processes. Perform GD&T analysis to ensure parts meet specifications. Essential Skills Proficient in operating CMM and using Calypso software. Experience with metrology inspection and blue light scanning. Familiarity with GD&T standards and practices. Ability to use gauges, micrometers, and calipers effectively. Strong technical understanding of 3D printing technologies. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
