seeking a Pilot to operate our company-owned King Air 350 aircraft
on scheduled Part 91 employee Shuttle (Monday through Friday). This
position is based San Diego, CA (MYF). Pilots are home almost every
night, off on weekends, have an advanced one month work schedule.
Must possess airline transport license with multi-engine and
instrument ratings, pass Class 1 physical examination, FAA
examinations, and flight proficiency tests. This position may be
filled at a higher level based on the requirements below. Basic
Qualifications for Pilot 2: · Bachelors Degree and 2 years of
aviation experience or High School Diploma and 6 years aviation
experience · Minimum flight experience required – Must have passed
ATP written test, and meets FAA requirements to obtain ATP. · FAA
multi-engine certificate and Class 1 medical certificate with no
waivers is required · An FAA pilot record check and a security
background check will be performed; participation in an
FAA-approved drug and alcohol screening program is required ·
Residence/relocation within 1.0 hour driving time from Base airport
location Basic Qualifications for Pilot 3: · Bachelors Degree and 5
years of aviation experience or High School Diploma and 9 years
aviation experience · Minimum flight experience required - 3000
hours total fixed wing; 1000 hours Multi-engine, and 500 hours
turbine · FAA multi-engine ATP certificate and Class 1 medical
certificate with no waivers is required · An FAA pilot record check
and a security background check will be performed; participation in
an FAA-approved drug and alcohol screening program is required ·
Residence/relocation within 1.0 hour driving time from Base airport
location Preferred Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree · Type-rated
and current in the Be-350 Primary Level Salary Range: $111,000.00 -
$166,600.00 Secondary Level Salary Range: $137,800.00 - $206,800.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however,
Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining
base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the
position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and
current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may
be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary
bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to
reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share
in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director
positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition,
Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health
