Our client in Orange County is looking for a Financial Manager and to join their team. The ideal candidate would be motivated, works well independently, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:* Develop, interpret and implement financial concepts for financial planning, forecasting, modeling and internal controls* Support monthly forecast, reconciliation, planning & analysis* Identify and pursue opportunities for process and profit improvement* Perform in-depth, complex technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance* Responsible for P&L, balance sheet, & cash flow modeling* Work with large quantities of data and create presentations; Transform large amounts of data into meaningful information* Maintain relationships between key leaders in departments* Perform scenario analysis and present to management* Ad-hoc analysis as neededQualifications & Requirements* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field* Strong Excel skills required* Minimum of 5+ years of relevant work experience in Finance/Accounting* Budget/Forecast and variance analysis experience required* Strong financial modeling skills required* Expereince with investment banking preferred
