Job Description:
No H1b Visa.US Citizen / Green Card only*Contract to hire
positionRequirements:* Perfection support - working with those on
the field* This manager/supervisor will be managing the team that's
working with field users* All systems related - someone who can
help with any technical issues * Excellent supervision, guidance,
and communication skills* Customer relation experience with
business team members* Ability to answer technical questions*
Experience working with dev teams for production / bug issues*
Experience with documentation for JIRA* Ability to work with dev
team to make sure things are resolved in a timely manner*
Experience handling outages - getting everyone involved / up and
running * Excellent experience managing a team / handling
production support * Application support analysts - help
troubleshoot any issues that arise * Experience with over the phone
supportAdditional Requirements:4-5 years of experience *This is not
a technical role (not code related) it's all front end user base
troubleshooting. They have tools for candidates to monitor
Location:This is a remote role.Working PST hours - this position
may require a flexible schedule due to the face that a production
issue could happen at any time.24/7 on call - need to be available
if any issue arrises
