Donor Engagement Program Manager - Fund DevelopmentLocation: Orange, CAWork Schedule: Full time - 80 Biweekly HoursShift: 8-hour, Days (Variable)Under the general supervision of the Director of Philanthropy, responsible for the donor engagement program which is a program designed to develop and sustain positive relations with donors and trustees and steward our donors at our foundations. TheProject Manager Donor Engagement leads the development and execution of project plans for the Major Gift Officers, including annual giving programs and moves management. The Project Manager will be the liaison for the Southern California regionaldonor engagement team through local project management, documentation and reporting; meeting coordination, donor database, including documenting and additional support as needed.Required qualifications:

• 5 years Program management or similar project management or leadership experience.
• 7 years Fundraising and/or healthcare.Preferred qualifications:
