Job Description:
Summary:The Human Resources Manager is responsible for providing
comprehensive support in the day-to-day operations of human
resources, ensuring the efficient delivery of salary payments and
adjustments, recruitment, compensation, benefits, training,
employee relations, onboarding, the accuracy, and maintenance of
employee records and ensuring that HR programs are following
professional standards, state and federal regulatory requirements
and laws. The HR Manager works closely with other departments to
provide customer-focused, effective HR service to the organization
for the achievement of the organizations goals and objectives. This
position will also be planning and coordinating company functions,
light office duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will be a
self-starter, with excellent people skills, who is just as
comfortable working autonomously as with a team. This candidate
should be corporate culture-focused, bringing enthusiasm to the
office and offering up new ideas and programs. This candidate will
have emotional and social intelligence with the ability to
understand what motivates and inspires people of all backgrounds
and experiences.Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR
strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business
strategy. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing
demands, grievances, or other issues. Manage the recruitment and
selection process. Support current and future business needs
through the development, engagement, motivation. Develop and
monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures
across the organization. Nurture a positive working environment.
Able to champion new ideas, manage change, and execute on action
plans. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that
drives high performance. Maintain wellness and benefits program.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR
metrics. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource
management. Onboard/offboard employees into HRIS and complete
payroll-related entries. Complete exit interviews with employee.
Administer and manage employee benefits.Requirements: Minimum of 5
years experience as HR Manager and/or leader. SHRM certification
preferred but not required. Strong knowledge of HR laws and
regulations, including FMLA, FLSA, and EEOC guidelines. ADP
Workforce Now experience. Experience working within the Health &
Wellness industry is preferred. Ability to work on-site Monday
through Friday. People oriented and results driven. Ability to
architect strategy along with leadership skills. Competence to
build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all
levels of the company.Approved Salary Range: $120,000 to
$140,000
