Business Optimization to lead and implement comprehensive workforce
strategies that enhance performance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute workforce strategies to align resource
allocation with organizational objectives
Collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets to derive
actionable insights for decision-making
Identify opportunities for process reengineering and continuous
improvement across business units
Required Qualifications and Education
7+ years managing complex, enterprise-wide transformational
programs
Proven experience in workforce planning, business optimization, and
strategic management
Strong analytical skills for interpreting and presenting complex
data
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Business
Administration, Finance, or related field preferred
Demonstrated ability to lead high-profile initiatives and large
teams
