Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Total Rewards to lead the
strategy and operations for compensation and benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team responsible for compensation, benefits, and leaves of
absence
Administer benefits programs and analyze plans for
recommendations
Develop and maintain job architecture framework and ensure
compliance with compensation practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, Finance, or related
field
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in compensation and
benefits
5+ years of experience leading a Total Rewards team in a dynamic
organization
Substantial knowledge in benefits and compensation practices
Experience creating and managing compensation plans
