Job Description:

A company is looking for an Operations Program Manager to support operational excellence and cross-functional alignment.
Key Responsibilities

Build and manage the Core Operations' Quality Assurance program to ensure premium experiences for providers and clients
Support the operating rhythm of the Operations department, including managing cross-team programs and communication strategies
Serve as a liaison between Core Operations and other departments to ensure effective communication of critical information and initiatives

Required Qualifications

4-6 years of experience in business operations, program management, or related fields, preferably in healthcare or fast-paced environments
Proven success in managing complex, cross-functional programs and driving operational improvements
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Experience in building and managing quality assurance programs or similar initiatives
Exceptional project management skills and organizational abilities
