Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Manager to lead a large
software development effort for a government customer.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, budgets, and
resource needs
Lead cross-functional teams and ensure collaboration and clarity of
roles
Identify risks, manage project scope, and ensure compliance with
quality standards
Required Qualifications
Active DoD Secret Clearance is required
Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; Master's degree
is highly desired
PMP or equivalent certification required; Agile certifications
preferred
Minimum 10 years' experience in managing IT teams and serving as a
program manager
Minimum 5 years' experience in software management or software
development
