Key Responsibilities
Manage nurse case manager teams and ensure effective patient
education and empowerment
Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to maintain adherence
to regulations and standards
Develop program enhancements and key performance indicators to
drive operational excellence
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related
field; Master's preferred
10+ years of experience in healthcare, with at least 5 years in a
leadership role
Strong background in nephrology or oncology patient care
preferred
Experience in managing nurse case managers and support teams
Proven track record in program implementation and process
improvement
