Job Description:
A company is looking for an Omnichannel Growth Director to lead
customer acquisition strategies across various channels for a
portfolio of wellness brands.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement omnichannel growth roadmaps aligned with
brand strategies and financial goals
Manage substantial media budgets and optimize acquisition
strategies across multiple platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on
growth initiatives and performance metrics
Required Qualifications
7+ years in growth marketing with 3+ years in a senior leadership
role at an omnichannel CPG brand
Experience managing paid media budgets exceeding $5M with proven
growth contributions
Strong knowledge of media buying across digital platforms and
retail
Familiarity with analytics tools such as Looker and PowerBI
Ability to integrate financial models into marketing strategies and
decisions
