Job Description:
A company is looking for an Accounting Manager responsible for
managing key accounting functions and overseeing daily
operations.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
(GAAP) and oversee general ledger functions
Supervise, train, and mentor accounting staff while managing daily
accounting operations
Take ownership of month-end and year-end close, preparing accurate
financial statements and leading quarterly reviews
Required Qualifications
5+ years of accounting experience with strong knowledge of GAAP
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required
CPA license is strongly preferred
Proven experience in managing and developing accounting staff
Proficiency with NetSuite and advanced Excel skills are
preferred
