Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Learning & Development,
Lines of Business + Continuing Education.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with various teams to identify development needs for
clinical roles
Ensure compliance with accreditation standards for continuing
education activities
Continuously evaluate and improve CE programs based on feedback and
outcomes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
3-5 years of relevant learning and development experience,
preferably in healthcare
Understanding of adult learning theory and digital learning
strategies
Experience with program management and learning management systems
(LMS)
Strong organizational and project management skills
