  --- Unit Details + Patient Population:
  o 30 bed ED
  o Float not required
  o ED techs used (basically a tech for every nurse and 2-3 out in triage)
  o Run their own codes internally
  o Last year saw 93K kids; winter avg 384; now at 250; high volume/activity
  o Seasonal (winter) needs require supplemental staffing with travelers
  o Level II trauma center; large volume walk in; never diverts; no designated holding unit; 1 bed fast track (winter goes to 2 beds)
  o 3 triage areas
  o Patients up to 25 years of age
  --- Required Certs & Skills:
  o ACLS
  o BCLS
  o PALS
  o MAB or equivalent
  o BSN
  o IV Start
  --- Preferred Certs & Skills:
  o ENPC
  o TNCC
