NUHHCE, AFSME, AFL-CIO.-- Placement within the range is based on

- Graduate of nursing school.
- 1 Year clinical experience (RNs with less than 12 months

with preceptorship/professional development of new nurses and

inconsistencies in patient care and manages potential
