Pay Range (Minimum - Midpoint - Maximum):$58.542 - $75.537 -

DoAssists patients, staff and physicians as needed to maintain a
high level of efficiency of operations and customer service while
providing quality care to the designated patient population.
Assists with the leadership of the Nursing and Patient Service
Representative staff. Serves as technical nursing expert for
assigned areas.Required Qualifications
- 1 year nursing experience
- AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS
Healthcare) - American Heart Association
- California Registered Nurse (RN) - CA Board of Registered
Nursing
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - American Heart
Association
- ACLS Certification (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) - American
Heart AssociationEssential Functions
- Clinical skillsDemonstrates clinical knowledge, skill and
technical expertise in assigned area and within scope of

Monitors patient flow, physician schedules and completes daily

patients in and out of procedures.

person and documentation of all medications administered including
two (2) patient identifier verification.
- Nursing CompetenciesSuccessfully completes Nursing Competencies
with a score of 90% or greater in each section = Great.Successfully
completes Nursing Competencies with a score of 90% or greater on
all but one section. Passed on retesting = Good.Unsuccessful in
passing more than one section of Nursing Competency Testing and/or
failed to pass testing on second attempt = Needs Improvement.
- Quality initiativesEnsures department compliance with State,
Federal and AAAHC requirements.Maintains narcotic control
procedures including key management and inventory. Assists with
prescription reconciliation at the end of month.Participate in QC
as assigned by Lead/Supervisor.
- Technical skillsDemonstrates knowledge of medical equipment,
RIS, SYNAPSE/PACS and EHR.Able to activate emergency procedure per
protocol - code, fire, etc.Documents patient care events in a
thorough and accurate manner. Manages and completes AEHR tasks per
prescribed time lines.Support and knowledge of new applications and
policies: AEHR, Abbreviations, etc.Knowledge of insurance,
utilization review, scheduling requirements and support radiology
front desk responsibilities.Able to operate and maintain department
equipment.Demonstrate understanding of radiopharmaceuticals,
pre-medication and sedation guidelines and follow procedures of
