Key Responsibilities

Identify team members' strengths and provide individualized coaching and training
Conduct performance evaluations and manage escalated customer inquiries
Lead training sessions and monitor team performance to ensure quality results

Required Qualifications

1 to 3 years of experience in sales or customer service roles
1 to 3 years of supervisory experience in a related industry
High School Diploma
Active Health Insurance license or ability to obtain one
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
