the Director and/or Nurse Manager of Sub-acute Nursing, the
sub-acute RN responsibilities include assessment, planning
intervention, evaluation, and documentation of patient's treatment
plan as well as providing education for patient's/resident's
families. Direct and supervised nursing care given to
patient's/resident's to ensure the highest quality care is rendered
in accordance to the Sub-acute standards and Policies and
