A company is looking for a Remote Pharmacy Technician Front End
in Michigan.
Key Responsibilities
Enter new prescriptions and patient demographics into the data
processing system
Provide support for pharmacist callbacks and patient quality
assurance
Assist with processing reorders and handling specialized programs
as needed
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent GED
PTCB or ExCPT Certification
1 year of experience in healthcare, specialty pharmacy, or call
center settings
Experience in providing customer service and meeting quality
standards
Basic knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office Suite
