Lead-Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Coach associates to achieve company and client goals, addressing
employee-related issues and coordinating training
Manage ongoing tasks and projects, monitor team attendance, process
payroll, and handle administrative tasks
Motivate and mentor the team through coaching, feedback, and
recognition while addressing conflicts when necessary
Required Qualifications
Associate degree, technical school, or equivalent work
experience
Time management skills for prioritizing tasks and making informed
decisions
Ability to engage and support the team in a dynamic environment
Demonstrated empathetic leadership and professionalism in conflict
resolution
Customer-focused mindset with familiarity in using computer
systems
