The Providence St. Joseph Heritage Medical Group is seeking a full-time Urgent Care physician to join its team at the Chapman Urgent Care facility in Orange, California. You will be joining a strong, mission-driven organization that features a well-established and collegial team consisting of 5 physicians and 4 APC's. Enjoy being part of a mission-driven organization while serving patients across Orange, California. 3, 12-hour shifts a week and 3 weekend days a month No call Experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply 2- year partnership track Excellent benefits; Medical, Disability, Retirement, CME Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance Guaranteed salary and annual bonus program Position eligible for Public Student Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Compensation is between $250,000 and $370,982 per year The posted salary encompasses a starting range of total compensation, potentially inclusive of productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation tailored to the position. Additionally, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits through their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation based on the aforementioned factors.
