Job Description:
Kaiser Permanente Georgia is seeking a dedicated and
compassionate Specialty Unit Staff RN to join our dynamic
healthcare team. In this role, you will provide specialized nursing
care in a specific unit such as Oncology, Cardiology, or
Pediatrics, depending on your expertise and our needs. You will
work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to
deliver holistic and effective care that aligns with our mission of
integrating care and coverage for better health outcomes for our
members. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a
specialty unit. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
to formulate care plans. Provide education and support to patients
and their families about health conditions. Administer medications
and treatments safely and effectively. Monitor patient outcomes and
adjust care plans as necessary. Strong clinical skills in a
specialized area of nursing Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced
environment Proficiency with healthcare technology and electronic
health records Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of
Georgia Certification in a specialty area (e.g., Oncology Nursing
Certified Nurse, Pediatric Certified Nurse) preferred
