Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Transplant Surgery - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 04/20/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Local Contract Travel RN – Transplant Coordinator (Project Manager) UCLA Health – Los Angeles, CA Start Date: April 20, 2026 Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Days | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ? Schedule: 5x8s | 40 hrs/week Position Overview: - Lead kidney transplant program optimization projects - Focus on workflow improvement, process mapping, and policy development - Drive performance improvement initiatives within transplant services - Provide training and implementation of new workflows Requirements: - Active California RN License - Minimum 5 years Transplant Coordinator experience (REQUIRED) - Kidney transplant experience preferred - Experience in process improvement & workflow optimization - Strong background in policy & procedure development Preferred: - Nurse Manager / Leadership experience - Transplant quality or performance improvement experience About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
