Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in outpatient physical therapy setting preferred. Clinical experience treating spine and sports-related conditions preferred. Familiarity with outpatient documentation systems and routine therapeutic equipment preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient. Shift Name: Days. Primary Rate Type: 8-hour days (assignment is an 8-hour day shift schedule).
