Job DescriptionFalcon Farms is looking for a Floral Merchandiser
to help care, merchandise, and sell fresh-cut flowers at multiple
retail locations in the Orange, Yorba Linda and Fullerton, CA area.
In this dynamic position, you will enjoy working with a dedicated
team as we strive to provide quality service to our customers while
maintaining the health and well-being of our flowers. Our Floral
Merchandisers generally work a part-time schedule and a base pay of
$15.00/hour. We know that our success and growth is due largely in
part to our amazing team, so we are happy to provide excellent
benefits that include on-the-job training and specific skills
training, route and cell phone allowance to help with the costs of

of our company, as a Floral Merchandiser, you believe that just one

walk into each store with a bright disposition and a smile on your
face. A majority of your job revolves around caring for our flowers
by ensuring they are fresh, healthy, and being stored correctly.
You strive to build lasting relationships with our retailers and
strive to maintain that positivity with each and every visit. In
this role, you use your own vehicle in order to visit a number of
our retailers and provide merchandizing support by keeping track of
inventory/stock and organizing displays. You work closely with team
members at the store to ensure they are informed and knowledgeable
of the service you are providing.In this role, you enjoy being a
