Job Description:
A company is looking for a Licensed P&C Customer Service
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to
inbound customer calls regarding personal lines policies
Process policyholder transactions accurately and manage customer
inquiries to retain policyholders
Interpret policy contracts and recommend coverage enhancements
based on customer needs
Required Qualifications
Active P&C Producers insurance license required
Associates degree and 1+ year of insurance experience preferred
3-5 years of related customer service experience required
Ability to review, record, and organize written data from various
sources
Proficient in using technical systems, including call center
specific phone systems
