The Role You Will Have

• Build industry leading teams for clients and develop best-in-class professionals.

  What You Will Bring
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting or related field
  • Experience of 3+ years in Recruiting, Finance, Accounting, Audit and/or Talent Acquisition.
  • A knowledge of Finance and Accounting guiding principles, organizational structure and transformation strategies.
  • An ability to identify, develop and progress the next generation of Finance and Accounting leaders
  • Exceptional thought leadership, communication, problem solving and teamwork skills
  • A professional designation such as CFA, CPA, and/or CMA is desired.
