President of Human Resources will oversee the talent management
lifecycle and team member engagement, with experience in union
environments and negotiations.
- Ensure company practices comply with all applicable laws and
regulations.
- Recommend policy changes and coordinate HR activities.
- Create and maintain a respectful environment.
- Build and lead a high-performance team and promote a learning
culture.
- Think strategically and make independent decisions, including
in new initiatives.
- Develop annual strategic plans for HR activities.
- Analyze wage, salary, and benefits data to ensure
competitiveness.
- Forecast staffing needs.
- Administer bargaining agreements.
- Communicate policies regarding EEO, compensation, compliance,
and benefits to managers and regulatory bodies.
- Consult legal counsel to ensure policy compliance with federal
and state laws.
- Maintain and communicate required legal and organizational
records.
- Lead training and quality programs to deploy HR strategies

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution plus 10 years
of progressive HR experience, or equivalent; Master's
preferred.
- At least 3 years in a senior/executive HR role, with experience
in recruitment, training, engagement, and employee/labor
relations.
- Experience interpreting and implementing HR-related laws and
regulations.
- Proven ability to plan and execute strategic HR
initiatives.
- Desire to improve company systems and processes.
- Certifications such as PHR or SPHR are preferred; industry
experience in gaming is a plus.LANGUAGE SKILLSProficiency in
reading, speaking, and writing English.PHYSICAL DEMANDSMust meet
physical requirements such as standing, lifting up to 30 pounds,
and performing physical movements necessary for the role.
