A company is looking for an Agent Recruiter to recruit agents
and agencies for a national FMO.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and engage agents to foster positive working
relationships
Assist agents in growing their business
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve common goals
Required Qualifications:
Background in recruitment
Experience with Medicare
Life & Health Producer License
Strong initiative and ability to work as a team member
Basic computer skills, including typing and Microsoft Office
