their sales recruitment operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales roles including Medical
Device Sales and Account Managers
Partner with sales leaders to define candidate profiles and hiring
needs
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract candidates
Qualifications and Skills
Several years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably
in sales or medical device industries
Demonstrated ability to source and engage passive candidates
effectively
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking
systems
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Self-starter with a proactive approach and results-driven
mindset
