A company is looking for a Real Estate Agent Recruiter.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outreach initiatives to identify potential candidates
through various channels
Engage with prospects on social media and facilitate introductory
meetings and interviews
Collaborate with leadership to refine and promote the employer
brand while managing the recruitment database
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a recruitment role, preferably in the
real estate industry
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
preferred
Track record of success in recruiting and onboarding real estate
professionals
Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking
systems
Deep understanding of the real estate market and agents'
motivations
